One Day Trip to Nusa Lembongan & Nusa Ceningan

As I've been living in Bali for nearly a year, to take one day vacation seem no longer a priority because the island screamed "vacation" by itself. In short, I kinda lazy to book a boat ticket somewhere outside mainland Bali. Until my fellow group fitness instructor friends from Jakarta are having their day offs and decided to drop their asses off to the islands of Nusa Lembongan & Nusa Ceningan, Southeast Bali.

It's really easy to come here, as you just have to book a fast boat ticket in Sanur. They're leaving at 9.30 AM and going back to Sanur from Lembongan around 3.30 PM. But be prepare that they aren't that on time as I'm actually leaving at 9.45 AM and 3.45 PM. The location is pretty close from mainland Bali as it only takes 30 minutes and voila! Welcome to Nusa Lembongan.

Since it's a small island, the roads are obviously smaller than the one in mainland Bali. And you have to rent motorbike to wander around Nusa Lembongan and a smaller island behind, it called Nusa Ceningan. Both islands are connected with the famous yellow bridge.

As I only take one day trip (meanwhile my friends are taking 2 days trip), I really used my time to visit the places' "it" locations like Mahana Point, Devil's Tear & the secret beach. All in Nusa Ceningan. One thing that I noticed from this place is the water. Good landscape and the colour of the water are just breathtaking. Like, if you're in your vacation and have extra days and cash, Nusa Lembongan can be a good option.
